Etsy Return & Refund Policy 
1. Eligible for Return/Refund
Items with serious quality issues (excluding normal handmade minor imperfections) 
Clear photo or video proof is required 
2. Non-Returnable Items
Minor handmade imperfections or size variations (handmade items are not machine-standardized) 
Customized/personalized items once shipped are non-returnable 
Requests made after 7 days of delivery, or items that are used/damaged 
Handmade/custom items: a 10% service fee will be deducted for non-quality-related refunds 
3. Return Rules
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery 
Return shipping cost: Seller’s responsibility if it is our fault 
Buyer’s responsibility if it is personal reason 
Returned items must include a tracking number. Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days after inspection 
4. Chargeback Policy
We keep full transaction records (orders, payments, shipping, etc.) 
Any fraudulent chargeback will be disputed with evidence and may result in blacklisting 

Once I receive your order, I will confirm your order and let you take a screenshot.

• All refund and return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. No requests will be accepted beyond this period.
• All our items are 100% handmade crochet products. Slight handmade traces, size deviations, and color differences on different screens are not quality defects.
• Handmade custom items and clearance items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless there is a serious quality issue.
• Refunds or returns will not be approved for personal reasons, including dislike, unsuitable size, wrong purchase, or change of mind.
• No after-sales service will be provided for items that have been used, washed, stained or intentionally damaged.
• For after-sales support, clear photos or videos of defective items must be provided within 48 hours of delivery. Late requests will not be processed.
• Minor compression during international shipping is normal and not considered a quality defect, so no refund will be issued.
• Orders beyond 30 days are not eligible for refund, return, exchange or chargeback dispute for any reason.
